Formation of Development Plateau’s to enable the second phase of Thorpe Park to be constructed. This will include new retail units, a cinema, gym and over 1,000,000 ft² of new offices
Removal of existing coal seams, diversion of existing utility services, “cut and fill” of over 1,000,000 m³ of topsoil and subsoil
Supervision of archaeology, tree removal, ecology, newt relocation and the diversion of existing public rights of way
Liaison with highways and bridge contractors who will also be working alongside GMI on this 150 acre site
