Thorpe Park Infrastructure and Enabling, Leeds

  • Formation of Development Plateau’s to enable the second phase of Thorpe Park to be constructed. This will include new retail units, a cinema, gym and over 1,000,000 ft² of new offices
  • Removal of existing coal seams, diversion of existing utility services, “cut and fill” of over 1,000,000 m³ of topsoil and subsoil
  • Supervision of archaeology, tree removal, ecology, newt relocation and the diversion of existing public rights of way
  • Liaison with highways and bridge contractors who will also be working alongside GMI on this 150 acre site
