  • Construction of a 126,279 sq. ft Manufacturing Park, consisting of 27,976 sq. ft Offices and 98,303 sq. ft High Bay Area with 300 Car Parking spaces.
  • The Centre of Excellence in Sustainable Advanced Manufacturing (CESAM), part of the International Manufacturing Park (IAMP) will provide research, development, innovation and training facilities for businesses across the North East.
  • IAMP is a joint venture between Sunderland City Council and South Tyneside Council, with Henry Boot Developments delivery partner. Over the next ten to 15 years it is expected to create 7,000 jobs.
  • Located next to the Nissan plant, IAMP will eventually provide 4.2 million sq. ft of space for advanced manufacturers from a range of industries, as well as the automotive supply chain.
