The works comprise the design and construction of a 100 bedroom hotel facility which also incorporated a restaurant, bar, leisure and conference facilities for Travelodge Inns at Blayds Court in Leeds city centre.

The project provided a high quality specification hotel shell and fit out all designed and constructed to Travelodge recognised standards and design guidelines.
