TeenTech works collaboratively with Education Business Partnerships, companies, Universities and business organisations to create these very special experiences for young people.
GMI were invited to take part in the Efficiency North Challenge Zone representing STEM, (Science, Engineering, Technology and Maths) where students took part in a timed challenge to answer 4 questions in each of the core STEM subjects. Each correct answer won a jigsaw piece and the team completing the challenge in the fastest time won a prize. Each team had 30 minutes to complete their challenge with time remaining being utilised engaging students in discussion on the task and discussing the vast range of career options available in construction.
