Work has started on a 100,000 sq ft speculative warehouse development in the Leeds City Region Enterprise Zone.
The Trilogy@Logic development at Muse Developments’ flagship Logic Leeds business park will comprise three units, ranging from 30,000 sq ft to 37,000 sq ft.
GMI has been selected as contractor and completion of the first unit is scheduled for June this year.
The Leeds offices of property consultancies Knight Frank and Carter Towler have been appointed as joint letting agents to market the units on behalf of Leeds City Council.
